SLEEK FITNESS GYM RULES AND GUIDELINES
Welcome to SLEEK FITNESS Gym! This document outlines the rules and guidelines for our gym and serves as your reference for proper conduct and membership expectations.
Club Rules:
1. Operating Hours:
Monday to Saturday: Morning 5:30 am – 9:30 am & Evening 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Sundays and National Holidays: 6:00 am – 12:00 pm
2. Access Control:
Access to the gym is granted through the use of biometric or QR code systems.
3. Hygiene and Cleanliness:
We prioritise cleanliness. Please bring a separate set of workout shoes and a hand towel.
Outside shoes are not allowed inside the gym.
4. Valuables:
SLEEK FITNESS Gym is not responsible for the loss or theft of members’ personal
belongings. Lost items are stored at the main desk.
5. Medical Clearance:
For members with medical conditions, please provide a doctor’s clearance certificate
before commencing any workout routine. Members under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
6. Membership Cancellation:
Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Memberships are not transferable to other individuals.
7. Membership Start Date:
Your membership must be activated within 180 days. In case of medical reasons preventing activation, an extension of 180 days may be requested.
8. Membership Freeze:
Members may request a freeze for specific durations depending on their membership type.
9. Membership Transfer:
Only Half-Yearly and Annual Memberships are eligible for transfer. Transfer charges apply.
10. Upgrade Facility:
Members can upgrade their memberships or personal training plans within 15 days of the membership’s start date by paying the price difference.
11. Club Offers:
Prices and offers are subject to change as per SLEEK FITNESS Gym’s business requirements.
12. Assessments:
Fitness and nutrition assessments are available by appointment.
Management Disclaimer:
1) SLEEK FITNESS Gym is not liable for natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events affecting gym operations.
2) The use of drugs, abusive language, or disrespectful behaviour within the gym premises is strictly prohibited.
3) Smoking, alcohol consumption, or entering the gym under the influence of drugs is not allowed.
4) SLEEK FITNESS Gym may modify operating hours and facilities without prior notice.
5) Personal injuries or accidents are the responsibility of individuals.
6) Parking within and around the gym premises is the sole responsibility of members.
Payments must be made exclusively at the front desk with a valid receipt.
Release of Liability/Assumption of Risk:
1) Members assume responsibility for the inherent risks associated with exercising.
2) SLEEK FITNESS Gym is not liable for personal injuries or accidents sustained by individuals within or around the premises.
Informed Consent:
1) Members acknowledge the potential risks and benefits of the fitness program.
2) It is recommended to consult with a physician before beginning the exercise program.
By accepting this document, members agree to abide by the rules and guidelines outlined herein. SLEEK FITNESS Gym is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses incurred by members or their guests.
Important Terms and Conditions for Personal Training Sessions: What You Need to Know!
1. Personal training sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be forfeited, and the financial investment for that session will be lost. Unused sessions due to staff unavailability will be added to the member’s account.
2. If the client is unable to attend the sessions at the gym, the trainer may offer a virtual session at the scheduled time.
3. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been made with the trainer.
4. Personal training sessions must be completed within the defined expiration period from the date of the contract. Unused sessions will be void after the expiration period.
5. Clients using the PT Tracker must schedule their upcoming sessions in advance and sign in to the PT tracker once the session is completed. Sessions will be tracked based on customer signatures.
6. No refunds will be given for membership cancellation or unused personal training sessions under any circumstances. Payment for gym membership or personal training services guarantees the use of the service for the duration bought, but does not guarantee the presence of the same staff or equipment throughout the usage period.
7. If the gym is temporarily closed due to unforeseen situations, membership and personal training sessions will be extended up to 3 months with 100% seal protection.
8. Members with annual or 6-month subscriptions can pause their membership for 30 days upon request.
9. Personal training services are non-transferable and non-exchangeable with other services or products.
